The right to vote is the foundation of every other right. Elect.org defends and expands access to the ballot, empowering young adults to register, turn out, and fight against voter suppression. By training future civic leaders, we ensure that the voices of young people are not only heard at the polls but also translated into lasting policy change.

Economic justice is central to thriving communities. Elect.org equips young leaders with the tools to advocate for fair wages, safe workplaces, and dignified labor standards. Nathan Castillo

FOUNDER
Nathan Castillo is a dynamic leader dedicated to advancing equity, sustainability, and civic engagement. Raised in a vibrant Latino community, he began his journey in advocacy early, leading campaigns that have shaped policy and empowered underrepresented voices.

Orion Tripodis

FOUNDER
Orion Tripodis is a political strategist, consultant, and advocate for young political leaders. As an elected delegate to the California Democratic Party for AD 42, President of Castillo Tripodis Consulting, and Co-Founder of Elect.org, he has dedicated his career to breaking down barriers for young people and first-time candidates in public service.

Alyssa Mireles

Alyssa Mireles is the Deputy State Director of California LULAC and serves as the Board Secretary for the California LULAC Foundation.

Jose Barrera

Jose Luis Barrera Novoa (JB) is a public relations and political strategist who currently works as a lead organizer for SEIU-UHW. He is the youngest National Vice President in LULAC’s history and the first DACA recipient to serve in the role.

Atticus Reyes

Atticus Reyes is the youngest official to be elected to the Ojai Unified School Board. In his first term as Board President, he led the district through a severe fiscal crisis, bringing them to a historic sustained surplus, and was re-elected as President.

Levi works on the Elect.org fundraising team and is deeply committed to empowering young leaders. He graduated from UC Berkeley in 2025 with degrees in Economics and Legal Studies and was the Chair of the California Council on Student Fees for the 2024-2025 academic year.
